摘    要:[目的]以木薯淀粉和蔗糖为起始原料制备淀粉改性聚氨酯泡沫塑料,研究反应条件对产品性能的影响。[方法]用FT-IR、SEM、DSC和TG分析产品的结构及热稳定性,通过土埋试验考察产品的降解性能。[结果]淀粉在聚氨酯的制备过程中参与交联反应,随着淀粉含量的增加,产品的降解速度有所加快,且降解的程度也越大。[结论]淀粉改性聚氨酯泡沫具有良好的热稳定性、较低的导热系数和优异的生物降解性能,可以作为环保的保温材料使用。

Study on Preparation and Properties of New Environmental Friendly Cassava Starch Modified Polyurethane Foams

Abstract:[Objective] Starch modified polyurethane foam was prepared from cassava starch and sucrose and the effect of reaction conditions on product properties were studied.[Method] The structure and thermal stability of products were analyzed based on FT-IR,SEM,DSC and TG.Moreover,the soil burying method was used to investigate the degradability of products.[Result] Cross-linking reaction was involved in the preparation process of products.The increasing of starch content caused the acceleration of degradation rate and the greater degree of degradation.[Conclusion] The starch modified polyurethane foam,which has good thermal stability,low thermal conductivity and excellent biodegradability,which can be used as environmental friendly thermal insulation materials.
