摘 要: | [目的]考察酪酸菌CB-7的生物学特性。[方法]对菌株的耐酸、耐胆盐、耐高温性能及其对动物肠道致病菌大肠杆菌、志贺氏菌、沙门氏菌的抑制作用,对肠道有益菌嗜酸乳杆菌、双歧杆菌和粪链球菌生长的促进作用进行了研究。[结果]酪酸菌CB-7在pH值为3.0的培养基中37℃培养4 h后,存活率达90.0%;在含0.3%牛胆盐的培养基中37℃培养4 h后,存活率达到91.8%;经90℃水浴处理10 min、100℃水浴处理5 min后,存活率均在90.0%以上;对大肠杆菌、志贺氏菌、沙门氏菌均有显著的抑制作用,其发酵提取物可显著促进嗜酸乳杆菌、双歧杆菌和粪链球菌的生长。[结论]酪酸菌CB-7具有较强的耐酸、耐胆盐和耐高温性能,对肠道致病菌具有较强的抑制作用,且可显著促进肠道有益菌的生长,因此是一株性能优良的饲用菌株。

Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the biological characteristics of Clostridium butyricum CB-7.[Method] The tests of acid-tolerance,bile salt-tolerance and high temperature-tolerance of Clostridium butyricum CB-7 were performed.In addition,the effects of Clostridium butyricum CB-7 on enteropathogenic bacteria like E.coli,Shigella and Salmonella as well as the intestinal beneficial bacteria like Lactobacillus acidophilus,Bifidobacterium,and Enterococcus faecalis.[Result] After culturing for 4 h at 37 ℃(pH 3.0),the survival rate of the Clostridium butyricum CB-7 was 90.0%;and the survival rate was 91.8% when they were cultured in medium containing 0.3% bile salt at 37 ℃ for 4 h.After water bathing at 90 ℃ for 10 min or 100 ℃ for 5 min,the survival rate of the Clostridium butyricum CB-7 was over 90.0%.The Clostridium butyricum CB-7 had great inhibition against E.coli,Shigella and Salmonella,and its extracts could greatly promote the growth of Lactobacillus acidophilus,Bifidobacterium,and Enterococcus faecalis.[Conclusion] The Clostridium butyricum CB-7 has strong resistance to acid,bile salt and high temperature,and strong inhibition against enteropathogenic bacteria,and it can also promote growth of intestinal beneficial bacteria.Thus,the Clostridium butyricum CB-7 is a feed strain with excellent performance. |
