罗汉果农青2号移栽生物学特性及适应性研究

目的]探讨罗汉果农青2号在引种地的生物学特性和适应性。方法]将罗汉果农青2号组培苗在湘西地区进行种植,观察其生物学特性,探讨其适应性。结果]罗汉果农青2号全年生育期220 d左右,整个年生育过程大致可分为幼苗期、开花结果期和枯萎期;雌株于8月上旬开花,花期长达110 d左右,但有效授粉期仅30 d左右;果实于11月上旬成熟,产果数为194 791.5个/hm2,大中果率达73.4%,其中丰产园大中果率为85.0%以上;甜苷V和可溶性总糖含量与广西原产地果实相近。结论]在适时定植、修剪、授粉等技术措施及合理的肥水管理条件下,在湖南湘西中低海拔地区种植＂农青2号＂罗汉果效益较好。

Study on the Transplantation Biological Characteristics and Adaptability of "Nongqing No.2" of Siraitia grosvenorii

Objective] To discuss the biological characteristics and adaptability of "Nongqing No.2" of Siraitia grosvenorii in transplantation area.Method] Cultivated in Xiangxi,the biological characters of "Nongqing No.2" of Siraitia grosvenorii were observed and its adaptability was discussed.Result] The maturity process of "Nongqing No.2" of Siraitia grosvenorii required 220 days in a year with three stages like baby stage,flowering stage and withering stage.The gynic plant flowered from early August and lasted about 110 days,but effective pollination period of only about 30 days.Fruits gradually matured in early November,and the yield could reach as high as 194 791.5 /hm2 with middle and large fruit ratio of 73.4%.In medium and large fruit garden,the rate was over 85.0%.Content of mogroside V and soluble sugar in it were similar to that in Guangxi province,the original region.Conclusion] Under suitable technical measures including favorable planting,trim,pollination and rational fertilizer and water management,"Nongqing No.2" of Siraitia grosvenorii was suitable for cultivating in areas at middle or low altitude of Western Hunan.
