高效液相色谱法快速测定植物油中苯并芘的研究

摘    要:目的]建立植物油中苯并芘残留的高效液相色谱快速测定法。方法]采用C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)反相色谱柱,在流动相为乙腈∶水(88∶12),流速为1.0 ml/min,激发波长384 nm,发射波长406 nm,柱温35℃,进样量10μl的条件下测定植物油中苯并芘。结果]方法的检出限为2μg/kg,线性范围为0~0.1μg/ml,加标回收率大于95%,相对标准偏差为1.04%。结论]该法具有样品预处理简单,试剂消耗少,分析时间短等优点,适用于植物油中苯并芘的定量定性测定。

Fast Analysis of Benzopyrene in Vegetable Oil by HPLC

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to develop a HPLC method for the determination of benzopyrene in vegetable oil.Method]With column of C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),the mobile phase of acetonitrile:water(88∶12),the flow of 1.0 ml/min,excitation wavelength of 384 nm,emission wavelength of 406 nm,column temperature of 35 ℃.and the injection volume of 10 μl,the residual of benzopyrene in vegetable oil was determined.Result]The limit of detection was 1 μg/kg,The linear plots were obtained between 0 and 0.1 μg/ml.Overall recoveries were more than 95%,and RSD was 1.04%.Conclusion]This method has advantages of simple process of sample treatment,short analysis time and low consumption of reagents,and is suitable for the quantitative and qualitative determination of benzopyrene in vegetable oil.
