| 摘 要： | 运用SWOT分析法对济南地区旅游产业集群发展的内部优势、劣势、外部机遇、威胁等方面进行了分析。在此基础上,结合济南旅游产业集群发展实际,提出了济南市旅游产业集群发展的具体对策。
