摘    要:目的]获得铁皮石斛(Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl.)原球茎组织培养的最佳培养基配方。方法]用正交试验筛选出6-BA、NAA、KT最佳的浓度配比,并考察各因素对铁皮石斛原球茎增殖率的影响。结果]铁皮石斛原球茎增殖的最佳培养基配方为1/2MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA+1.0 mg/L KT。结论]该研究为工业化生产铁皮石斛原球茎及其有效成分,推进铁皮石斛工厂化育苗奠定了基础。

Optimization of Medium Formula for Protocorm Proliferation of Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl

Abstract:Objective] To obtain the optimum medium formula for protocorm proliferation of Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl..Method] The optimal concentration formula of 6-BA,NAA and KT was screened by orthogonal test,and effect of each factor on proliferation rate of protocorm from Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl.was investigated.Result] The optimum medium formula was:1/2MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA+1.0 mg/L KT.Conclusion] This study provided basis for industrialized production of protocorm proliferation of Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl.and its active compositions,and for advancing the industrialized breeding of Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl..
