对吉林省农产品加工产业创新的思考

农产品精细、精深加工是21世纪方兴未艾的产业。我国正处于经济迅猛发展的重要阶段,在农产品深加工技术与设备研究开发重大科技项目上,重点围绕大宗粮食、果蔬、畜产品、林产品等主要农产品开展研究和开发,以实现农产品深加工在关键技术与设备等方面的重大突破,为全面提升我国农产品加工业的技术水平和科技创新能力提供科技支撑。

Consideration on Innovation of Processing Industry of Agricultural Products in Jilin Province

Deep and fine processing of agricultural products will be on the up industry of 21st century.These years,our country is being in the important stage in which the economy develops rapidly.Main science and technology projects in deep processing technology of agricultural products and related equipments research and development,stress was laid on the large-scale grains,fruits and vegetables,the livestock products and forestry products and so on.In doing so,significant breakthrough on common key technology and equipments of deep processing of agricultural products can be realized.The standard of deep processing of main agricultural products and the control system of the entire production process will be constructed.Fast examination technology and instruments of agricultural products will be studied and developed.All of these provide the technical support for the comprehensive enhance of level of processing industry of agricultural products and the innovation ability of science and technology in China.
