| 摘 要： | 北京园林绿化政务信息图层服务系统建设包含政务信息分类与编码、标准、共享服务机制与接口以及系统实现。政务信息分类与编码是根据园林绿园业务的时空属性和长期性特点,遵循北京市政务信息图层建设技术规范,采用市级统一的共享服务机制和接口,以ArcIMS和Oracle空间数据库为核心技术,进行二次深度开发,构建行业的政务信息图层共享服务系统,为应用业务的快速搭建打下了良好的基础。
