灰霉菌菌丝体提取物诱导番茄抗病性的初步研究

摘    要:运用体外抑菌试验及植物幼苗活体生物测定的方法 ,测试了 3种自制诱导因子对番茄的诱导抗性。试验表明 :灰霉菌菌丝体提取物的防病效果可达 5 5 .6 %,而灭活菌丝体及发酵液提取物则未发现诱导活性。

Abstract:Three elicitors (from the extract of Botrytis cinerea) were used to induce tomato resistance against grey mold disease in vitro and in vivo. The result showed that the prevention efficiency of elicitor-1 (from the mycelia) was 55.6%, and elicitor-2 (from the killed mycelia) and elicitor-3 (from the fermenting liquid) had no efficiency.
