摘    要:研究了淀粉与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚反应制备土壤保水剂的工艺,并对其吸水、保水性能进行了考察。最佳合成条件是:在淀粉与丙烯酰胺的质量比为3∶1、氢氧化钠为丙烯酰胺质量的75%、硝酸铈铵的浓度为5mmol/L、交联剂N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺与丙烯酰胺的质量比为0.2%、反应温度控制在(60±2)℃的条件下,制得的保水扩蓄剂吸水率可以达到750g水/g。进一步试验表明,该聚合物具有提高土壤持水性和蓄水性、有效抑制土壤蒸发的功能。

Abstract:The paper studies the technology for preparing super water absorbent resin by graft copolymerization of amylum and acrylamide and observes the functions of water absorption and retention. The optimal synthesis conditions are that when the mass ratio of amylum and acrylamide is 3 ∶1;NaOH is 75% of acrylamide;the concentration of ammonium ceric nitrate is 5 mmol/L;the N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide and acrylamide is 0.2%;and the reaction temperature controlled in(60±2)℃,the water absorptivity of produced super absorbent can reach to 750 g/g for tap water. The further tests show that the super water absorbent resin can increase water storage capacity and water retention ability of soil and effectively control soil evaporation.
