| 摘 要： | [目的]研究不同pH值对翘嘴红鲐消化器官蛋白酶活性的影响。[方法]以翘嘴红鲐为试验材料，设定不同的pH值梯度，研究其对各消化器官蛋白酶比活力的影响。[结果]翘嘴红鲐各消化器官蛋白酶活性强弱的顺序为后场〉前肠〉中肠〉胃〉肝脏，其最适的pH值分别为7．5、7．5、7．0、5．5、7．0，且胃和肠道蛋白酶的活性显著大于肝脏蛋白酶活性。[结论]该研究结果为翘嘴红鲐消化生理的研究和配合饲料的研制提供了依据。
