面向基层就业农科类大学生生涯成长期指导模式研究

农科类大学生面向基层就业不仅能拓宽就业渠道,学生也能充分发挥专业技术优势,利于社会主义新农村建设的可持续发展。但基层就业的总体效果并不乐观,就高校而言,缺少相匹配的辅导内容设置。针对这些问题,在生涯理论的基础上构建了包括"生涯成长期、生涯探索期、生涯定向期、生涯准备期"的面向基层就业的职业规划指导体系。生涯成长期是整个生涯规划流程中的第一个阶段,也是最基础,最核心的环节。因此,从学生个人、职业、专业三方面构建了包括"兴趣分析、性格澄清、技能发现、价值观定位"在内的面向基层就业农科类大学生生涯成长期指导模式,并运用多种正式、非正式的生涯评估方法和专业教育活动对生涯成长期进行了探索。

Sustained Career Guidance Pattern for Agricultural Students with Employment in Grassroots Areas

Employment in grassroots area of agricultural students can not only broaden the channels of employment, but also enable college graduates to give full play to their professional advantages and serve the sustainable development of the construction of new socialist countryside. For colleges and universities, the key problem is lack of matching career counseling content. To solve these problems, the occupation planning instruction system involving career growth period, career exploration period, career targeting period, and career preparing period has been established on the basis of career theory. Career growth period is the first phase during the whole career planning process： the most fundamental and key link. Using many formal and informal career assessment methods, the paper discusses establishing the career guidance pattern of growth period of agricultural students for employment in grassroots areas from the three aspects： students, occupation and major, which further involves interests analysis,personality clarification,skills and value orientation.
