地方高校有效服务经济社会发展的人才培养联动机制探索

地方高校无论从其自身发展还是其与外部因素的相互关系来看,它都应该更多地去关注地方经济社会发展,通过人才培养最终去增强社会服务能力。基于地方政府、地方高校、企事业单位和毕业生四者在理想状态下的资源循环体分析,校地合作既有利益共赢也有彼此在博弈中的最佳选择,因此高校作为人才培养联动机制的主体,应通过资源共享、与企事业合作构建实践体系、加强学生价值观念的培养和建立社会反馈机制等措施,尽可能实现四者利益共赢,满足地方经济社会发展需求。

On Coordinated Talent Cultivation Mechanism of Local Colleges for Service of Social and Economic Development

Regardless of their own development and external factors, local colleges should pay more attention to local economic and social development,and strengthen their social service capacity through personnel training. By analyzing the ideal resource cycle of local government, local universities, enterprises and institutions and graduates,this paper argued that the win-win cooperation between local colleges and governments brings benefits to each other,and also offers the best choice in the game. So through resource sharing, cooperating with enterprises and building a practical system, local colleges,as the main body of personnel training,should strengthen the cultivation of students＇ values and the establishment of social feedback mechanisms to realize a win-win situation of all four sides to meet local economic and social development needs.
