摘    要:讨论课在研究生课程教学中扮演着十分重要的角色。应用生态学视角研究课堂教学发现,课堂生态结构呈现失衡状态,讨论课运行效果不佳。影响课堂生态结构有效运行的不利生态因子,表现在课堂生态主体和课堂生态环境两个维度。从课堂生态主体维度分析,教师主体落后的教育理念和学生主体被动的学习行为,共同影响着课堂生态结构正常运行。从课堂生态环境维度分析,单一刻板的教学环境和淡薄的讨论文化,均不利于课堂生态系统正常运行。因此,可通过教师培训、培养学生反思能力、改变教学物质环境和构建现代讨论文化改造课堂生态结构,恢复课堂生态系统动态平衡,从而提升研究生讨论课的有效性。

Abstract:Seminar plays an important role in graduate course teaching. From ecological perspective, it is suggested that the classroom ecological structure presents an unbalance state and the performance of seminar is poor. The unfavorable ecological factors that influence the effective operation of classroom ecological structure are shown in two dimensions, that is the class ecological subjects and the class ecological environment. In the class ecological subjects' aspect, teachers' uncultured educational concept and students' passive learning behavior jointly affect the normal operation of class ecological structure. In the class ecological environment's aspect,single rigid teaching environment and weak discussion culture are all not constructive to the healthy performance of classroom ecosystem. Thus, through training on teachers, training on reflective ability of students, and changes in the teaching of the physical environment and establishments of modern discuss culture, classroom ecological structure is transformed and its homeostasis is restored so as to enhance the effectiveness of graduate seminar.
