硕博连读机制成效探析——基于中国农业科学院硕博连读生的数据分析

以中国农业科学院为例,从生源质量、培养质量与办学效益三个方面分析硕博连读机制成效,认为硕博连读机制选拔出了相对优秀的硕士生,培养出了相对优秀的博士生,同时也缩短了博士生培养周期,总体上富有成效。通过"硕博连读优秀指数"的比较,发现不同专业、不同研究所的硕博连读机制成效存在差异,并建议将该指数作为确定硕博连读生招生规模的重要参考。

Preliminarily Discussion on the Effect of“Combined Postgraduate and Doctoral Programs”：Data Analysis in Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences

Taking Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the effect of＂combined postgraduate and doctoral programs＂is discussed in three aspects： the quality of enrollment, the quality of training and the benefit of school operation. The study finds that the programs selected more excellent master students,trained more excellent doctoral students, and shortened the doctoral training cycle. The programs are effective as a whole. The effect difference is found between different majors and institutes in＂excellence index＂of＂combined postgraduate and doctoral programs＂. The＂excellence index＂is recommended as an important factor when deciding the programs＇ scale.
