| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了采用液相色谱法,C18柱,以甲醇和水作为流动相,在230nm波长下,对多菌灵·福美双悬浮种衣剂中两种有效成分进行定量分析的方法。该方法的标准偏差分别为0.024和0.023;变异系数分别为0.30%和0.33%;平均回收率分别为99.7%和99.5%;线性相关系数分别为为0.9998和0.9994。

| Abstract: | A method was introduced for determination of Carbendazim+Thiram suspension concentrates for seed dressing by HPLC with C18 column,UV 230nm detection,methanol+water as mobile phase.The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.024 and 0.023;the coefficients of variation was 0.30% and 0.33%;the average recorery was 99.7% and 99.5%;linear correlation was 0.999 8 and 0.999 4 for carbendazim and thiram respectively. |
