丘陵山区果园作业平台的设计与试验

摘    要:为解决目前丘陵山区修剪果树和采摘果实主要靠爬树、登梯容易造成失稳及现有机械不能自动调平的问题,设计了丘陵山区果园作业平台。经计算和分析,确定该机配套动力为13.2k W小四轮拖拉机,采用静液压三角形调平机构和180°回转结构,可实现工作平台的自动调平和回转。对升降平台进行性能检测,结果表明:其工作性能稳定,最大承载质量150kg,最大提升高度1.5m,回转转速0.1r/min,升降速度0.1m/s,水平面、10°和2 0°坡面上调平误差均在0°~3°范围内,满足设计要求。

Abstract:At present , pruning of fruit trees on hills is mainly through climbing on trees or ladder , which could cause in-jury due to poor landform .In order to avoid such kind of risks , a lifting platform for orchards in hill area was designed , The platform is comprised of power device , elevating mechanism , leveling mechanism , slewing mechanism , supporting mechanism and hydraulic control system .The platform is driven by a small four-wheel tractor .The hydraulic system can control hydraulic cylinders extending and retracting to lift or lower the platform , or to rotate , or to keep it at horizontal position.Performance test has been carried out for the lifting platform .The results show that the platform has stable working performance, the maximum bearing load is up to 150kg, the lifting height is 1.5 m, the rotating speed is 0.1r/min, the lifting velocity is 0.1m/s, and leveling error in the lifting process is ≤3°.So the platform can be suitable for slope terrain , and the design requirements are satisfied .
