翻转式犁式挖坑机深松刀的设计与ANSYS分析

摘    要:针对翻转式犁式挖坑机深松刀进行了设计及ANSYS分析,首先根据资料确定出深松刀尺寸,建立了Pro/E三维模型,利用ANSYS对其进行了网格划分,最后得出了深松刀尺的应力云图,找到了深松刀易破坏的薄弱环节。结果显示:在设计深松铲时,注意刀柄与刀刃的接口处的位置,只要保证了这个位置的强度,深松刀就能正常工作。

Abstract:Based on tilting and scale-hole deep loosening earth auger knife has carried on the design and analysis of AN-SYS, first determinng the deep loosening cutter size according to the data, the Pro/E 3 d model was established, using ANSYS on the grid, finally it is concluded that the deep loosening knife ruler of the stress nephogram, find the weak link in deep loosening knife is easy to damage.Results show that when designing deep loosening shovel, paying attention to the position of the handle and the blade outlet, as long as to ensure the strength of the position, deep loosening knife can work normally.
