油菜种间杂交后代的基因标志

摘    要:对三大类型油菜及种间杂交后代的同工酶分析表明:它们在酸性磷酸脂酶(APS)同工酶的表现上具有稳定的遗传基础。在白菜型油菜中,B.campestris和B. chinensis属同一物种。在甘蓝型油菜中,随品种来源不同,酶谱有差异。APS在油菜中的表现具有二聚体酶的特性。在油菜远缘杂交中,APS可作为杂种后代鉴定的基因标志。

Abstract:Isoenzyme patterns of B. napus, B. juncea and B.campestris and their interspecific hybrid progenies indicate that acid phosphatase (APS)isoenzyme has stable genetic foundation. The zymogram of APS isoenzyme is completely identified from cotyledon to pollen. The APS isoenzyme do not discriminate between B compestris and B.chinensis.They should belong to the same species. The differences of APS isoenzyme zymogram of B. napus are due to sources of different varieties. The APS isoenzyme is dimerie enzyme. The results obtained indicate that APS isoenzyme can provide a gene marker for identifing progenies of interspecific hybrids in rape.
