细纤度三眠蚕品种“蜀细1号”的改良与优化

摘    要:利用连续多代的蛾区、个体、活蛹缫丝等定向选育方法,对细纤度三眠蚕“蜀细1号”的亲本P061和H102进行改良,从而达到优化蚕品种的目的。结果表明,亲本P061和H102的纇节和切断次数较对照分别降低81.61%和53.37%、38.14%和54.17%,茧丝长较对照分别增长22.67%和12.78%;无论是春季还是秋季,亲本P061和H102的结茧率和茧层率都有不同程度的提高。“蜀细1号”春季和秋季普茧率、结茧率、茧层率、茧丝长、洁净分别增加1.40%和0.76、1.12%和1.39%、3.91%和3.88%、10.03%和8.07%、2.62和2.69%。表明蛾区、个体、活蛹缫丝等定向选择对保持和提高蚕品种优良性状起着重要作用,达到对蚕品种改良与优化的目的。

Improvement and Optimization of Three Molting Silkworm Varitety "Shuxi 1" for Robustness and Fineness

Abstract:The parents P061 and H102 of the three molting silkworm variety "Shuxi 1", known for their robustness and fine denier size, were improved using directional selection methods such as moth plots, individual selection, and reeling cocoon alive over multiple generations in order to optimize silkworm varieties. The analysis of the results showed that the knot and number of breakdowns P061 and H102 decreased by 81.61% and 53.37%, 38.14% and 54.17%, respectively compared with the control, and the cocoon length increased by 22.67% and 12.78%, respectively;Regardless of whether it was in spring or autumn, the cocooning rate,cocoon layer rate of parents P061 and H102 all increased to different degrees. The percentage of common cocoons, cocooning rate, cocoon layer rate, cocoon filament length and neatness of "Shuxi 1" in spring and autumn increased by 1.40% and 0.76%, 1.12% and 1.39%, 3.91% and 3.88%, 10.03% and 8.07%, respectively. The results indicate that the directional selection of moth area, individual selection, reeling cocoon alive play an important role in maintaining and improving the excellent traits of silkworm varieties, thereby achieving the goal of improving and optimizing silkworm varieties.
