| 摘 要： | 采用流行病学调查、临床症状、病理学剖检、实验室鉴别诊断等方法，对青海牧区3县藏羊未知原因死亡进行诊断与治疗。结果表明：青海3县藏羊未知原因死亡为棘豆草慢性中毒。通过西药强心补液，调节大脑皮层，缓解中毒，中药镇静安神，清心利水的治疗方案，羊群发病得到有效缓解。

| Abstract: | This article uses epidemiological investigation, clinical symptoms, pathological autopsy, laboratory differential diagnosis and other methods. We diagnosed and treated Tibetan sheep who died of unknown causes in 3 counties in the pastoral area of Qinghai. The results showed that the unknown death of Tibetan sheep in 3 counties of Qinghai was caused by chronic poisoning of Oxytropis chinensis. This uses Western medicine to strengthen the heart and replenish fluids, regulate the cerebral cortex, and relieve poisoning. The treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine to calm the nerves, clear the heart and diuresis has effectively alleviated the disease of the flock. |
