陕西日光温室中甜椒常用农药的残留消解动态研究

摘    要:甜椒是陕西关中地区温室中栽种的大宗蔬菜。针对甜椒病虫害防治中的农药残留情况,本研究采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS)检测技术,在日光温室中开展了三唑酮、烯酰吗啉、甲氰菊酯、吡虫啉和啶虫脒5种农药的残留剂量和消解动态研究。结果表明,5种农药的残留剂量均随着时间呈现下降的趋势,但降解速度较其它地区和其它季节慢。其中,烯酰吗啉、吡虫啉和啶虫脒在按照推荐农药施用量施用7 d之后,残留量符合标准,可以大规模安全使用。

Abstract:Sweet pepper is a widely cultivated vegetable in central Shaanxi’s greenhouses. This study aimed to investigate the residue levels of triadimefon, dimethomorph, fenpropathrin, imidacloprid and acetamiprid, while exploring their decaying dynamics during the winter season in solar greenhouses using HPLC MS detection techniques. The results demonstrated that all five pesticides exhibited decreasing concentration over time, but decaying rate were slower than research conducted in different regions and seasons. Among them, residue of dimethomorph, imidacloprid and acetamiprid were within safe limits seven days after application at recommended concentration, which was suitable for large scale implementation.
