摘    要:谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶1(Glutathione peroxidase 1, GPx-1)以谷胱甘肽为底物催化过氧化氢、脂质过氧化物和过氧亚硝酸盐,降低细胞内氧化应激,参与大脑病理性氧化代谢的保护机制。本篇综述主要从GPx-1多态性与大脑多种疾病(阿兹海默病、帕金森病、癫痫、脑梗死等)的发展相关性认知出发总结了GPx-1基因介导的影响多种神经退行性疾病的作用机制。

Abstract:Glutathione peroxidase 1 (GPx-1) catalyzes hydrogen peroxide, lipid peroxide and peroxynitrite with glutathione as substrate, which can reduce intracellular oxidative stress and participate in the protective mechanism of brain pathological oxidative metabolism. This review mainly summarizes the mechanism of GPx-1 gene mediated effect on a variety of neurodegenerative diseases from the understanding of the correlation between GPx-1 polymorphism and the development of various brain diseases (Alzheimer''s disease, Parkinson''s disease, epilepsy, cerebral infarction, etc.).
