摘    要:该论文将探讨烟草根茎类病害的发生和危害,包括烟草根黑腐病、烟草黑胫病和烟草青枯病。同时,分析根茎类病害防治现状,包括选育优良品种、化学防治、田间管理和生物防治等方法。重点关注植物根际促生菌(PGPR)的研究新进展,探讨其作用机制,如氮固定、磷溶解、促进生长激素产生等。接着,讨论PGPR在防治烟草病害中的应用前景,包括替代化学农药、增强抗逆性、改善土壤生态系统、可持续农业和有机农业发展,以及生物多样性保护等方面。最后,对用于防治烟草病害的PGPR种类进行归纳总结,并展望未来的研究方向。

Abstract:This article will discuss the occurrence and harm of tobacco root diseases, including tobacco root black rot, tobacco black shin disease and tobacco wilt. At the same time, the current status of rhizome disease control was analyzed, including the selection and breeding of excellent varieties, chemical control, field management and biological control. It focuses on the new progress in the research of plant rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria (PGPR), and explores its mechanism of action, such as nitrogen fixation, phosphorus dissolution, and promoting the production of growth hormone. Then, the application prospects of PGPR in the prevention and control of tobacco diseases were discussed, including the replacement of chemical pesticides, stress resistance, improvement of soil ecosystems, sustainable agriculture and organic agriculture development, and biodiversity conservation. Finally, the types of PGPR used to prevent and control tobacco diseases are summarized, and the future research direction is prospected.
