| 摘 要： | 对不同产地、不同厂家、不同形状、不同类型、不同生产日期的14种普洱茶作为样品，检测主要有害菌金黄色葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus aureus）和沙门氏菌（Salmonellaspp.）。结果表明:所有茶样中均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌，结果均符合国家标准。

| Abstract: | This article is about the research on main harmful bacteria including Staphylococcus aureusand Salmonella spp. in Yunnan Puer tea, 14 kinds included, which were from different habitat, factory and different shape, type, production time.The experimental results showed that S. aureusand Salmonellaspp. were not detected in these14 kinds of tea, which agreed with national standards. |
