绿色粘帚霉防治柑橘青绿霉病研究

摘    要:通过与农药(施保克)对照研究了绿色粘帚霉(Gliocladium virens)对柑橘贮藏期青霉、绿霉及其它病害的防治。结果表明:经紫外线诱变的绿粘帚霉分生孢子悬液(10^6个孢子/ml)和培养滤液对柑橘绿霉病有一定防效,抑制率分别达到52.95%、58.94%;厚垣孢子悬液(10^6个孢子/ml)基本无防效;施保克的防效最佳,特别是对绿霉病的抑制达100%。

Abstract:We worked for investigating the effect of Gliodadium virens on citrus pale and green a mold by comparing experiment. The results proved that Gliodadium virens which had been leaded to mutation by ultraviolet ray have particular controling effect on citrus green mold. The controling efficiency of conidia suspension was 52.95%, and of culture solution was 58.94%, while clamydo-spore suspension was nearly useless. Farm chemical was the highest, especially on citrus green mold, up to 100%.
