蝴蝶兰花梗腋芽的初代培养

摘    要:以蝴蝶兰盛花期花梗为外植体,对花梗不同节段、消毒时间、基本培养基、激素浓度配比以及抑制褐化等方面进行了研究.结果表明:第3节段腋芽萌发率最高为95.95%;选用浓度为0.1%升汞消毒15 min最佳;1/2MS作为基本培养基腋芽萌发整体效果较好,萌发率达到57.14%;6-BAP 5.0 ms/L与NAA 0.5 mg/L激素组合最好,萌发率最高为98.33%.

Abstract:The article studied different position of pedicel,disinfection requirements,the basic culture medium,hormone concentration and brown restrained,which taken from the Phalaenopsis florescence flower-stalks. The research indicated:the third section of flower-stalks had the highest germination rate which was 95.95%; the best time of disinfection was 15min by using 0.1% HgCl2; 1/2MS as the basic culture medium was better than others,the highest germination rate was 57.14%.
