泽泻和慈姑叶片对低温胁迫的响应

摘    要:以泽泻和慈姑叶片为试验材料,研究其在0、-10、-15、-20℃低温胁迫下叶片中可溶性糖(WSC)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及相对电导率等5个生理生化指标的变化。结果表明,在0℃时2个植物的POD和CAT活性显著增加,之后随温度的降低而下降,在-20℃无活性。随着温度的降低,叶片相对电导率、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均有所增加,但增加幅度不同,综合5项指标分析得出,慈姑的抗寒性强于泽泻。

Abstract:The leaves of two alismataceae plants were used to study the changes of soluble sugar,proline content,peroxidase (POD),catalase activity(CAT)and the relative conductivity under the different low tem-perature stress (0 ℃,-10 ℃,-15 ℃,-20 ℃).The results showed two plants have a significant increase in the activity of POD and CAT at 0 ℃.The activity of POD and CAT decreased with decreasing temperature,and there was no activity of both components at -20 ℃.But,the activity of POD and CAT in S .sagittifolia were higher than that in A.orientale at same temperature.With increasing low temperature stress,the contents of rel-ative conductivity,soluble sugar and proline in leaves were increased,but,the extent of increase was different. Baes on the integrated five indexes,the cold resitance of S .sagittifolia were stronger than A.orientale .
