| 摘 要： | 发病蜂蛹房盖被啃破,蛹头裸露。死蛹体色由浅变深,最后呈黑褐色。房内死蜂翅头伸喙。勉强出房的病蜂瘦小色暗,寿命短。经电镜观察、纯度测定和回接试验,确定病害系由一种约为42×33nm 的椭圆形病毒粒子引起的,属意蜂的一种蛹期新的病毒病。

| Abstract: | When the cap of comb with diseased bee pupa was opened and the pupa head was shown,the color of dead pupa cell changed from light to deep and it became dark brown finally.The dead bee lifted up the head and spit out the proboscis.As the body of diseased bee that was out of the cell became thin and dark colour and short-lived.By the observation under the electron microscope and purity test as well as inoculation experiments,it is definite that the disease was caused by a virus particle with about 42nm×32nm in size.The disease is a new virus disease of Apis mellifera during the pupal stage. |
