甲烷氧化菌的生态学研究方法

摘    要:甲烷氧化菌以甲烷为其唯一的碳源和能源,在全球大气甲烷平衡中起着重要的作用,同时在污染治理方面具有潜在应用价值。总结了目前甲烷氧化菌的微生物分子生态学检测方法,分析了研究中取得的进展及存在的问题,并指出今后应加强研究的方面。

Abstract:Methane was used as its sole carbon and energy source by methanotrophs.Methanotrophs was playing an important role in the balance of atmospheric methane and had potential value in contamination bioremediation.The microbial molecular ecology methods which used in the methanotroph bacteria research were summarized at present details.Methanotrophs research progress and problems were analyzed and aspects which should be strengthened were indicated as well.
