| 摘 要： | 本次工作建立了内蒙古680处雨量站点建站至2000年5种历时的暴雨数据库,利用水利部南京水科院开发的实测最大值统计、约束准则适线和多历时目估适线3个应用软件,准确快捷完成了CV(CS/CV=3.5)与均值的计算和专家系统修正,利用地理信息系统进行了成果图件的编绘和发布,其成果达到技术要求并通过审查。本文重点就内蒙古暴雨统计参数变化趋势及分布规律作了分类归纳、分析和总结,对实际工作有一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the storm-rain data for 30-50 years from 680 metrological stations in Inner Mongolian,calculation of C_V(C_S/C_V = 3.5) and averaged value and a revision of two calculated parameters were taken by using three sets of software which are statistics of the maximums observed values,restricted law simulation and empirical simulation.Maps of two parameter distributions were drawn using GPS.The results can meet the technical demands.The key points in this paper are the classification,analysis and summarizations of change trends of two storm parameters.The results can be served as guides in practice. |
