| 摘 要： | 综述了近年来广泛应用于,1名床的激素类、化学类、真菌类和中草药类免疫抑制剂的发现过程、作用机制、临床应用特点、毒副作用和发展前景.旨在为合理选用免疫抑制类药物和开发高效低毒的新型免疫抑制剂提供一定的参考.

| Abstract: | This article summarized the discovery process, mechanism, clinical practice characteristic, side effect and development prospects of immunosuppressive drugs applied in clinic in recent years, with aim to provide certain reference to explore new immunosuppressive medication with highly effective and low side effect. |
