结核性脑膜炎并低钠血症29例临床分析

目的探讨结核性脑膜炎并发低钠血症的临床表现、治疗方案及对预后的影响。方法回顾性分析29例结脑并发低钠血症的临床症状、头颅CT及CSF生化等指标。结果低钠血症的严重程度与预后呈正相关,血钠越低预后则越差。结论及早预防并纠正低钠血症有助于结核病人的治疗,正确的补钠方法可以减少并发症,提高患者的存活率。

Clinical Analysis of 29 Cases of Meningitis concurring hyponetramia

Objective: To Study the clinical feature,the cure project and the influence on prognosis of tubercular meningitis concurring hyponetramia.Methods: the clinical symptom, the head CT and the CSF index were analyzed retrospectively in the 29 tubercular meningitis concurring hyponetramia patients.Results: The degree of hyponetramia patients is direct proportion to the prognosis, i.e.the lower natrium content in blood, the worse prognosis.Conclusion: The hyponetramia is prevented and cured as soon as possible,which can help to cure the tuberculosis patient and decrease the death rate,also the right method of supplementing natrium can increase the livability of patients and decrease complication.
