摘    要:为探究可行的蚯蚓堆肥技术处理泔脚,以玉米秸秆、青草绿化垃圾、茶叶渣、原生质土壤作为调理剂,研究了不同调理剂对泔脚蚯蚓堆肥腐熟的影响,并尝试找出合适的腐熟度评价指标。结果表明,加入蚯蚓可缩短泔脚中有机质降解时间,提高物料总氮(TN)含量和堆肥效率;以玉米秸秆或绿化垃圾为调理剂可显著提高蚯蚓及微生物的活性,降低物料的C/N和腐熟后的毒性;但以玉米秸秆为调理剂时,堆肥过程中氮素相对易流失;以原生质土壤为调理剂时,有机质的降解速度最高,泔脚腐熟所需时间最短。

Abstract:In order to explore the effects of different conditions on maturity of vermicomposting of hogwash waste, the present research using corn straw, greening garbage, tealeaf residue and soil was carried out. It was shown that addition of earthworm could improve the total N (TN) content and the composting efficiency, and thus reduce the degradation time. Composting with corn straw or greening garbage could increase microbial activity, and reduce C/N and toxicity after decomposition. But, composting with corn straw could easily cause TN leaching. Among all conditioners, soil could save the most of the degradation time for the organic matter, and therefore was the most effective choice.
