干旱胁迫和复水对夏蜡梅幼苗光合生理特性的影响

摘    要:以盆栽二年生夏蜡梅(Sinocalycanthus.chinensis)实生苗为材料,分对照、轻度胁迫、中度胁迫和重度胁迫4组,研究了不同程度干旱胁迫和复水对夏蜡梅光合特性的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,夏蜡梅的光合日变化曲线由典型的双峰型转变为峰值很小的单峰型。在较高强度的干旱胁迫下,夏蜡梅光补偿点、CO2补偿点和气孔阻力升高,光饱和点、表观量子效率、最大净光合速率、羧化效率、Fv/Fm和蒸腾速率下降;而暗呼吸速率先升后降、胞间CO2浓度先降后升。轻度和中度干旱胁迫下光合能力的下降主要由气孔限制引起,而在重度胁迫下则由非气孔限制起主要作用。重度胁迫复水3d后,夏蜡梅的光合能力恢复很弱。过分干旱胁迫对夏蜡梅造成一定伤害。

Abstract:The effect of soil drought stress on photosynthetic physiological characteristics of seedling leaves had been studied using 2-year-old pot-cultured Sinocalycanthus chinensis seedlings as experimental materials under different levels of drought stress: no stress(75%80% of field capacity),light stress(60%65% of field capacity),medium stress(50%55% of field capacity)and severe stress(35%-40% of field capacity).The results showed that the net photosynthesis rate(Pn) was reduced and its diurnal pattern shifted from a typical doublepeaked curve gradually to a single-peaked one under drought stress conditions.According to the criteria suggested by Farquhar and Sharkey,the peak value depression of photosynthesis under the medium drought conditions may be attributed to stomatal limitation,while that may be linked to non-stomatal limitation under the severe stress.light compensation point(LCP),CO2 compensation point (CCP) and stomatal resistance(Rs) increased with the increasing intense of drought stress,while the light saturation point(LSP),apparent quantum yield(AQY),maximal Pn(Pmax),carboxylation efficiency(CE),Fv/Fm and transpiration rate(Tr) decreased.Dark respiration rate(Rd) was enhanced with increases under light stress and then declined under severe stress while intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) showed a diverse trend.The photosynthetic ability could not be recovered under the severe stress.These results suggest that Sinocalycanthus chinensis is vulnerable to be damaged by severe drought stress.
