| 摘 要： | 利用扫描电镜和透射电镜对水稻ＤＮＡ浸种法受体进行研究，结果显示水稻胚生长点细胞在浸泡过程中内部和表面发生了一系列显微和亚显微结构变化。这些结构变化对外源ＤＮＡ直接导入受体是非常有利的，但ＤＮＡ导入的具体途径还有待进一步的实验来证明。这一观察结果对ＤＮＡ浸种技术的标准化和提高变异频率具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | By means of scan and transmission electron microscope,rice seeds soaked in DNA solution as DNA acceptors are studied.The result manifests that during the soaking,a series of microstructural and submicrostructual changes occur,including that of seed coat and cell surface and cell surface and cell inner.These different structures seem to be helpful to cell absorbing exogenous DNA. |
