外源蔗糖对青花菜体内碳、氮代谢的影响

摘    要:以青花菜中早熟品种“绿秀”为试材,研究了外源喷施不同浓度蔗糖(0%,2%,4%,6%)对青花菜碳、氮代谢产物的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施蔗糖显著提高了青花菜叶片可溶性糖、蔗糖、淀粉等含碳化合物的含量,引起了它们在叶片中迅速积累。处理3d后,叶片中可溶性糖、蔗糖含量达到最大,与对照相比均极显著高于对照,其中施加4%浓度蔗糖提高的幅度最大;而淀粉含量在处理6~7d时达到最大值。同时,叶面喷施蔗糖降低了叶片全氮及可溶性蛋白的含量,处理6~7d时,叶片中全氮及可溶性蛋白含量达到最低值,显著低于对照。碳、氮代谢间存在互为消长的关系,植株叶片C/N比在处理3d后,极显著高于对照,6d后差异不显著。

Abstract:Effects of different densities(0%,2%,4%,6%) exogenous sucrose on carbon and nitrogen meta-bolism of broccoli were studied.The results showed that carbohydrate contens including soluble sugar,sucrose and starch in broccoli leaves were markedly increased after sprayed sucrose.The contents of soluble sugar and sucrose reached the max after 3 d of spraying sucrose,which was significantly higher than that of control in P=0.01 level.And the treatment of 4% was the biggest.When sucrose was sprayed 6 or 7 d,the soluble sugar and sucrose contents were significantly lower than the control,but the content of starch still significantly higher than that of control.In addition,the content of soluble protein and total nitrogen were decreased with spraying sucrose.The content of total nitrogen and soluble protein got to min after spayed 6 or 7 d,which was lower than that of control in P=0.05 level.Carbon and nitrogen metabolism increased and decreased with each other,C/N ratio of leaves was significantly higher than the control in P=0.01 level when the sucrose was sprayed in leaves 3 d,there was no difference after 6 d.
