紫茎泽兰浸泡液对椎实螺杀灭效果观察

目的]选用紫茎泽兰浸泡液作用于椎实螺,观察其对椎实螺的杀灭效果,为灭螺剂的研发提供科学依据。方法]采用紫茎泽兰的根、茎、叶、花,各自配制成5个浓度梯度的浸泡液,作用于椎实螺,在不同时间段记录椎实螺死亡情况。结果]椎实螺放入紫茎泽兰不同部位不同浓度的浸泡液中,均有明显的上爬现象。各类型浸泡液组内杀灭钉螺的效果无明显差异 叶和花浸泡液较根和茎的浸泡液杀灭效果好,存在显著差异（P〈0.05）。根和茎浸泡液均在椎实螺浸泡48 h后,开始出现死亡 叶和花组在浸泡6 h后就出现了少量的死亡,叶浸泡液在作用48 h达到死亡高峰,花浸泡液在作用12 h到达死亡高峰。结论]紫茎泽兰对椎实螺具有杀灭效果,可作为潜在的植物性灭螺剂。

Effect of the Soaking Solution of Eupatoeium japonicum on River Snail-killing
