| 摘 要： | 举办黄牛改良技术培训班,是推广技术的重要环节。本文从改变完成任务法、集体把好报名申核关、改变教学方法、把好教学质量关;发挥多媒体教学优势,提高学员的学习兴趣;严格培训考核,提高学员的紧迫感;聘请高素质教师,培养高质量人才等方面进行了探讨,为今后开展技术培训工作提供经验和参考。

| Abstract: | Training of cattle improvement technology was an essential part in technology promotion. In the paper, the following aspects were investigated. Firtly, mission and teaching methods was changed so that the quality of teaching would be improved. Secondly, the advantages of multimedia teaching should be developed and interest of students in learning should be improved. Thirdly, assessment should be firmer and then students＇ sense of urgency would be raised. Finally, highly qualified teachers should be hired, which could help to cultivate highly quality students. All above measures will provide the effective refer ence for training of technology. |
