| 摘 要： | 介绍了清洁发展机制(CDM)的概念及CDM项目的主要合格性判断准则。介绍了CDM的主要运行规则，包括有关的机构及其职能和CDM项目的开发和实施程序。结合中国可再生能源发展的实际情况，分析了CDM所带来的良好发展机遇，并给出了结论和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a brief introduction to the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), main eligibility criteria of CDM projects, and rules for the operation of CDM, including related entities and their functions as well as the procedures of CDM project development and implementation. The opportunities that the CDM may bring to the development of renewable energy in China are also discussed. Finally, some conclusions and suggestions are put forward. |
