| 摘 要： | 罗森塔尔效应是教育心理学中一个重要的概念,对教学有着重要的意义;对教师有着特殊的要求;对大学英语教学有着重要的影响。结合"罗森塔尔效应"分析了大学生在外语学习中存在的各种心理障碍,重点研究了教师在帮助学生建立自信心过程中的多重角色:"朋友"角色、"顾问"角色、"同伴"角色、"促进者"角色。

| Abstract: | The Rosenthal Effect,as an important concept in educational psychology,provides great benefits to teaching,raises a special demand for teachers and brings great influence on college English teaching.This paper,on the basis of the Rosenthal Effect,attempts to explore a variety of psychological block of college students in their English learning,and mainly analyzes the teacher's multiple roles in the process of helping them regain confidence: friend role,consultant role,inspirator role,companion role,promoter role. |
