摘    要:研究了早晚熟品种不同时期大豆种子中蛋白质、脂肪以及粒重积累的动态变化规律。结果表明,在整个积累过程中,蛋白质、脂肪和粒重都存在剧增期,而且品种不同剧增期也不同。一般情况下,蛋白质、脂肪和粒重的剧增期都在开花后20~50d。

Abstract:In this paper,the accumulating variation of protein, fat , seed weight were analyzed at different period of the early and late-maturing varieties,and the relationship between variation and quality was discussed. The results indicated that the quickly-increasing period of protein, fat, seed weight ran through the whole accumulating procces,and different varieties had different quickly-increasing period. In general, the quickly-increasing period of protein, fat, seed weight all were in 20-50 days after flowering.
