水稻体细胞无性系粒形指标因子分析

摘    要:以水稻早熟恢复系402和53个体细胞无性系为材料,研究其5个谷粒与5个米粒形状指标的变异及它们之间的相关性表现。结果表明,来自同一基因型的53个体细胞无性系的10个粒形指标发生了显著变异,相关分析表明,谷粒长、谷粒厚、谷粒长/宽比分别与米粒长、米粒长/宽比呈显著正相关,而谷粒厚与米粒宽为显著负相关,谷粒宽、谷粒长/厚与米粒性状间的相关均不显著。因子分析表明,10个粒形指标可分为受4个主因子控制的性状群,即米粒形状因子、谷粒形状因子、籽粒厚度因子和谷粒宽因子,前2个主因子的累积贡献率为66.82%,粒长是在这两个主因子中起关键作用的核心性状。

Abstract:The variation of grain shape index of 5 seed shape and 5 shelled seed shape and the correlation among these traits were studied by utilizing 53 somatic lines from regenerated plants of early maturing restores line 402 in rice.The results indicated that the variation of 10 grain shape indexes of 53 somatic lines from only genotype 402 was significant at 1% level.Both length and width of shelled seed were significantly positively correlated with seed length, seed width and ratio of seed length to width.The correlation between seed thickness and shelled seed width was significantly negative, among both seed width and ratio of seed length to thickness with 5 shelled seed shape traits were not significant.Factorial analysis of 53 somatic lines showed that 10 grain shape traits in study might be divided into 4 groups controlled by 4 principal factors,which were known as shelled seed shape factor, seed shape factor, grain thickness factor and seed width factor, respectively.The contributions of the first and second principal factors reached 66.82% of total variation of 10 grain shape traits in study, among which grain length including both seed length and shelled seed length was the nucleus trait.
