摘    要:水稻条纹叶枯病系由水稻条纹病毒(Rice stripe virus,RSV)所致.病毒由灰飞虱(Laodelphax striatellus)以持久性方式并经卵传播,介体灰飞虱有明显的间歇传毒现象.提纯病毒制剂具有典型的核蛋白紫外吸收曲线,最大吸收260nm,最小吸收245nm,A260/280=1.54.病毒粒体长丝状,粒体直径约8nm,与日本的水稻条纹病毒抗血清呈阳性反应.将提纯病毒制剂免疫家兔制备抗血清,其效价可达1∶2048.采用该抗血清,通过免疫扩散和ELISA间接法反应,可很灵敏地检测病叶中的RSV.

Abstract:Rice stripe was caused by rice stripe virus (RSV) and transmitted by Laodelphax strlatellus intermittently, transovarially and in a persistent way. The purified preparation of RSV showed a typical necleoprotein with a maximum at 260 nm and a minimum at 245nm, A260/280=1.54 by the ultraviolet absorption spectrum. The virus isolates had filamentous particles about 8nm in diameter and reacted positively with the antisera of rice stripe virus from Japan. The antiserum to rice stripe virus with high titre of 1:2048 in a preciptin ring interface test was obtained by immunizing rabbits with the purified virus preparation. With the antiserum, the virus in the infected plants was sensitively detected by immunodiffusion assay and indirectenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
