盐胁迫对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:分别采用不同浓度的盐溶液对4个不同玉米品种的种子进行盐胁迫处理,测定玉米的发芽率、株高、叶绿素含量及根系活力,结果表明:不同浓度盐胁迫对玉米发芽率、株高、叶绿素含量、根系活力均有不同程度的抑制作用,不同品种表现也各不相同。总体来看,品种K东单14最耐盐,富友9最不耐盐。

Abstract:In the paper,Four kinds of maize seeds were treated by different salinity density,and the effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of maize were studied.The results showed that,different salinity density had different inhibition effects on the germination rate,plant height,chlorophyll content and root activity,different variety had diversely expression.k Dongdan 14 was the most salt-tolerant kind,and Fuyou 9 was relatively weak.
