摘    要:为实现中药厂生产药渣的资源化利用,研究以两种复方药渣为堆肥原料,采用好氧堆肥进行发酵,在堆肥各阶段取浸提液进行种子发芽实验,来测定其对小白菜种子发芽的影响。两种复方药渣堆肥浸提液处理后种子发芽率保持稳定,平均根长随着堆肥进程迅速增加,最大根长也呈增加趋势,种子发芽指数稳步提升,堆肥结束时两种药渣的堆肥浸提液都能促进小白菜种子的发芽,种子发芽指数超过了100%。

Abstract:In order to realize the resource utilization of medicinal residues of Chinese herbal medicine factories, two kinds of compound medicinal residues were taken as compost raw materials, aerobic compost was used for fermentation, and the extract at each stage of compost was used for seed germination experiment, and then its effect on the germination of pakchoi seeds was studied. The seed germination rate remained stable,the average root length increased rapidly with the composting process, and the maximum root length also increased. The seed germination index increased steadily at the end of composting, the compost extracts of the two kinds of medicine residues can promote the germination of pakchoi seeds, the seed germination index can reach 100%.
