摘    要:2年日光温室草莓追施复合甲壳素试验结果表明,复合甲壳素具有提高根系活力,提高土壤氮磷钾的吸收利用率及抗盐胁迫性等作用,年均提高产量37.4%,可溶性固形物含量1.01%。试验区土壤钾、磷含量高于全国土壤养分含量分级标准钾大于200 mg/kg、磷大于40 mg/kg的极高水平,是施肥时仅考虑草莓是高钾作物,忽视了其吸收和利用氮磷钾养分的比例,过量偏施磷钾肥所致。试验区土壤盐分由0.1%升高到0.3%-0.4%,达到中度盐化水平,pH值由中性升高到7.5-7.6。土壤盐分、pH值升高的主要原因是滴灌地下井水含盐量过高造成的。为预防盐碱胁迫发生,滴灌地下水应作净化处理,使其符合饮用水水质盐分标准。

Effects of chitosan on strawberry yield and soil nutrients

Abstract:The results showed that the application of compound chitosan in strawberry in solar greenhouse increased root activity, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium uptake and salt stress resistance, increased yield by 37.4% and soluble solid content by 1.01% annually. The contents of k and P in the soil of the test area were higher than the extremely high levels of k > 200 mg and P > 40 mg in the national soil nutrient content classification standard. However, strawberry was only considered as a high-K crop during fertilization, and the proportion of n, P and K nutrients absorbed and utilized was ignored, resulting in excessive application of P and K fertilizer.Soil salinity increased from 0.1% to 0.3%-0.4%, reaching moderate salinization level, and pH value increased from neutral to 7.5-7.6. The main reason for the increase of soil salinity and pH value is the high salt content of subsurface well water under drip irrigation.In order to prevent the occurrence of saline-alkali stress, the groundwater under drip irrigation should be purified to make it meet the salt standard of drinking water.
