摘    要:针对水稻育秧基质配制过程中常用原料泥炭资源的日益短缺以及菌菇企业日常生产过程中产生的大量有机菇渣废弃物需处理现状,本研究以不同体积菇渣替代泥炭进行水稻育秧基质配制,考察对比不同配方育秧基质育秧下水稻幼苗综合素质。结果表明:利用菇渣替代部分泥炭进行基质配制可行性较强,其中替代体积为20%-30%之间效果较优,与以泥炭为主要成分的基质(T1)相比显著提高了水稻幼苗茎粗、叶宽等地上部农艺学性状,增加了叶面叶绿素含量,同时促进了水稻根系生长。同时发现水稻秧苗素质与基质酸碱性为显著负相关关系,在育秧基质中添加适当的酸碱调节剂是十分必要的。

Study on the effect of rice seedling matrix by using mushroom residue instead of peat to prepare rice seedling
Abstract:Due to the increasing shortage of peat resources, a large amount of organic mushroom residue waste generated by mushroom production enterprises needs to be disposed of. In this study, different volumes of mushroom residues were used instead of peat to prepare rice seedling substrates, and the comprehensive quality of rice seedlings under different formulas was investigated and compared. The results show that it is feasible to use mushroom residue to replace part of peat for matrix preparation, and the effect is better when the replacement volume is 20%-30%. Compared with the substrate with peat as the main component (T1), the above-ground agronomic traits such as stem thickness and leaf width of rice seedlings were significantly improved, the chlorophyll content of leaves was increased, and the growth of rice roots was also promoted. At the same time, it was found that the quality of rice seedlings was significantly negatively correlated with the pH of the substrate, and it was necessary to add an appropriate pH regulator to the seedling substrate.
