摘 要: | 本文探讨了沙棘果中沙棘总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。采用L16(4^5)正交试验设计,以芦丁的提取含量为评价指标,优化沙棘黄酮的醇提工艺。结果表明,沙棘黄酮的醇提最佳工艺是用50%乙醇回流提取3次,第1次用10倍量50%乙醇提取2h,第2次用10倍量50%乙醇提取1h,第3次用8倍量50%乙醇提取1h。乙醇浓度、提取次数对该提取效果具有显著性影响,本提取工艺合理可行。

Abstract: | This article were studied the optimum conditions of extracting total flavonoids from Hippo- phae rharnnoides fruits. On index of rutin , the optimum technics was investigated by the L16 (4^5) orthogonal experiment. Results show, the optimum conditions of alcohol extraction were 50% ethanol for two times, with the solvent 10 folds amount and refluxing for 2, lhour; andthen with the 8 fold ethanol refluxing four 1 hour. The concentration of ethanol and extraction times significantly affected the extracting technology. The optimized extraction conditions are scientific , reasonable and stable. |
