摘    要:目的]为杀虫剂新产品247g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯.噻虫嗪微囊悬浮剂在田间合理安全地使用提供指导。方法]通过田间小区试验和气相、液相色谱分析技术研究247g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯.噻虫嗪微囊悬浮剂在大豆土壤中的残留动态及最终残留量。结果]黑龙江、吉林和山东2年3地的田间试验结果显示:高效氯氟氰菊酯、噻虫嗪在大豆土壤中的半衰期分别为2.6~8.6d、2.5~15.8d,半衰期均较短,属于易降解农药。在有效成分为90和135ml/hm^2的剂量条件下,施药2~3次,测得大豆中高效氯氟氰菊酯和噻虫嗪残留量均低于0.02mg/kg。结论]综合多方面因素,建议我国247g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯.噻虫嗪微囊悬浮剂在大豆上施用,施药量不高于90ml/hm^2,施药2次,施药安全间隔期为15d;我国制定高效氯氟氰菊酯、噻虫嗪在大豆上最大残留限量值可暂定为0.02mg/kg。

Abstract:Objective]The guidance to the reasonable and safe application of new type of the 247 g/L lambda-cyhalothrin and thiamethoxam CS in field was provided through the experiment.Method]The residual dynamics of the chemical and the final residue of it in the soil and soybean in trial were analyzed with the technique of GC and HPLC.Results]The result from three places:Heilongjiang,Jilin and Shandong for 2 years’ experiment indicated that the half-life of the lambda-cyhalothrin and thiamethoxam were 2.6-8.6 and 2.5-15.8 days in the soil for soybean growing,respectively,which was relatively short,thus,these chemical was easy being degraded.Under the dosage of its available component of 90 ml/hm2 and 135 ml/hm2 for twice application,the residue of lambda-cyhalothrin and thiamethoxam in soybean was both less than 0.02 mg/kg.Conclusion]It was recommended the dosage of the chemical should be below 90 ml/hm2 for twice application in soybean and the interval of its application was 15 days.The standard of the maximum residue of lambda-cyhalothrin and thiamethoxam in soybean is less than 0.02 mg/kg.
